Kirk explains how simple actions—warm greetings, genuine connection, intentional follow-up, and going the extra mile—build trust and lasting relationships. He encourages pregnancy help ministry teams to recognize the powerful ways they already serve clients and to consider how just 1% more intentionality can strengthen those bonds even further.
